    Col. Peter A. Lehning, outgoing commander of the 31st Combat Support Hospital, and Col. Lisa A. Lehning, outgoing deputy commander of patient services at William Beaumont Army Medical Center receive Legion of Merit awards during their retirement ceremony at Memorial Field at Fort Bliss, Texas, on July 1.
