An Iraqi interpreter, U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Robert Kane, director, Iraq Training and Advisory Mission - Air Force, Staff Lt. Gen. Anwar Hamad Amen Ahmed, Iraqi air force commander and U.S. Air Force Col. Glen Apgar, 407th Air Expeditionary Group commander, conduct a question and answer session with Iraqi media, Sept. 24. This was the first joint visit of Ahmed and Kane, and marked a significant step in providing the Iraqi air force with a better understanding of what assets will be available to support them here when the base is transitioned to the government of Iraq.
