JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 1, 2015) Lt. Cogan Semler, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Contingency Engineering Unit (NAVFAC CEU), and Lt. Cmdr. Robert McDonald, NAVFAC CEU, load equipment into a vehicle prior to their designated team departing for areas on base affected by a simulated storm surge, on board Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
