Lamanuell Meadows, also a food service specialist, as they prep dough for whole wheat biscuits for the lunch meal they are preparing in their Mobile Kitchen Trailer (MKT) for approximately 70 personnel during the Philip A. Connelly program competition in Ogden, Utah, July 13. The 172nd is one of 10 units competing at the Army Reserve-level, and four will be advanced to the Department of the Army level competition.
