The need to reach out and touch one more time made Marines lay hands on helmets at a memorial service for Sgt. Elisha R. Parker and Lance Cpl. Robert L. Moscillo, both Marine engineers killed in action in early May. The two, assigned to B Company, 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 5, were memorialized at Camp Fallujah's Chapel of Hope May 13.
