Artillerymen with Charlie Battery, 1st Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment complete an endurance course during the regiment’s Super Section Competition aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., June 30 through July 1, 2015. The battery, under the leadership of section chief Cpl. Sean Slaton, competed against sections from four other batteries and was declared the regiment’s top section after completing knowledge-based challenges, an endurance course, direct-fire range and a nine-mile hike in the shortest time and displaying the highest level of unit cohesion.
