Brig. Gen. Edward Banta, commanding general Marine Corps Installations West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton congratulates Col. Michael L. Scalise served as the 31st commanding officer for MCLB Barstow and has officially handed the reins over to Col. Sekou S. Karega as of July 1.
