Lithuanian service members prepare to raise the Lithuanian Armed Forces flag during a Statehood Day ceremony in Vilnius, Lithuania, July 6, 2015. Various NATO service members were in attendance, to include members of the 4th Infantry Division’s Mission Command Element. The 4th ID is the U.S. Army’s division regionally aligned with U.S. Army Europe and is validating the Army’s concept for regionally aligned forces.
