GULF OF ADEN (June 28, 2015) U.S. Navy Capt. Michael McKenna addresses his sailors on the forecastle of the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Anchorage (LPD 23). McKenna is the commanding officer of the Anchorage. Anchorage is part of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group and, with the embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
