U.S. Marines with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and U.S. sailors assigned to the USS Green Bay (LPD-20), man the rails while entering Fremantle, Western Australia, June 25, 2015. Manning the rails is a custom evolved from the centuries old practice "manning the yards."
