Rivera, 1/65th Infantry Battalion "Borinqueneers" and Corporal Paula Jarrett from Djibouti City civil affairs team walk through the Arhiva village during their first visit to assess the villagers needs, Aug. 12. The 1/65th IN BN from Puerto Rico deployed here to support the Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa has adopted the village and plan to support them during their yearlong deployment.
