SOUTH CHINA SEA (June 24, 2015) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Ricky Jones, from Fort Worth, Texas, assigned to the littoral combat ship USS Fort Worth (LCS 3), participates in flight quarters aboard Fort Worth during a maneuvering exercise with Philippine Navy ships BRP Gregorio del Pilar (PF 15) and BRP Ramon Alcaraz (PF 16) as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Philippines 2015. In its 21st year, CARAT is an annual, bilateral exercise series with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations.
