Military personnel in full combat gear are attending to a simulated or actual casualty lying on a stretcher in what appears to be the interior of a naval vessel or military facility. Two service members are kneeling and standing over the prone individual, appearing to administer or assess medical aid. Additional armed personnel in the background suggest this may be a training exercise or post-operation medical response.
