Capt. Carlos Aceves the Mexican naval attaché to Belize, greets Petty Officer 1st Class Christian Eskelund before riding with the Belize Coast Guard to a Mexican patrol ship to meet 33 Mexican marine participants in the annual Tradewinds exercise. The marines will participate in jungle training and riverine training to build nation capacity, strengthen their ability to plan and execute security operations, and counter transnational organized crime.
