Marines assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 13, Headquarters Regiment, 1st Marine Logistics Group, prepare ammunition to be fired after it was delivered by CH-53E Super Stallions aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, June 17, 2015. The CH-53s transported M777 howitzers and ammunition as part of 1st Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment’s quarterly exercise to test the artillery Marines’ proficiency and readiness.
