The LRC provided intense, hands-on experience that emphasized learning through team-based problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication skills. Using what they learned during the character strength training, the Soldiers were able to utilize individual team member's strengths to successfully navigate obstacles. Additionally, the LRC develops individual leaders and unit cohesion, while measuring the organizational effectiveness of a small unit.
