U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Larry Vandernberg shows albino children a picture on his digital camera while delivering books to the Pongwe Primary School in Tanga, Tanzania, Aug. 24. Vandernberg, a member of the 414th Civil Affairs Battalion, Civil Affairs Team Four, currently deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, and his team provided more than 1,000 donated books to local schools during the "book drop."
