Justin Keeling, a medic attached to B Troop, 2nd Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment from Mitchellville, Md. while Sgt. James Thompson from Cincinnati, also a medic, looks on during combat lifesaver training held on Forward Operating Base Hunter. The unit is deployed to Iraq to advise and assist Iraqi security forces in rural Maysan province.
