Skinner, a flight equipment technician with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 365 (Reinforced), 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, cleans the inside of an MV-22B Osprey cockpit on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) in the Gulf of Aden, June 6. The Marines conducted a wash down of all aircraft in preparation for agricultural inspections in the coming weeks. The 24th MEU is embarked on the ships of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group and deployed to maintain regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
