    351st Civil Affairs Command

    The former commander of the 351st Civil Affairs Command, Brig. Gen. Stephen K. Curda (left) smiles with the commander of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), Maj. Gen. Daniel R. Ammerman (center) and Brig. Gen. William P. Barriage (right) as part of a change of command ceremony on June 6. During the ceremony, the outgoing commander, Curda passed command of the 351st Civil Affairs Command to Barriage. The 351st Civil Affairs Command is the headquarters for three brigades and eight battalions throughout the western United States, offering expertise in civil-military operations in the Pacific Rim.
