The Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. John M. Paxton, Jr., addresses the Marines and sailors of the Black Sea Rotational Force during his visit to Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, May 27, 2015. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Ronald Green, was also in attendance during the visit which gave the Marines and sailors an opportunity to speak with two of their senior leaders regarding the future of the Marine Corps and possible policy changes.
