(Center) Anna G. Bogdan, a former Poolee with Recruiting Substation Horseheads is awarded the Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps Scholarship by Maj. Christopher Kaprielian, commanding officer of Recruiting Station Buffalo after a Female Pool Function in Gates, N.Y., March 28.
