Andrew Cully and Prime Minister Dr. Derek Sikua tour classrooms refurbished and built by Navy Seabees and civilian engineers during the closing ceremony of the Pacific Partnership mission in the Solomon Islands. Pacific Partnership is a humanitarian assistance mission in the U.S. Pacific Fleet area of responsibility.
