Military personnel are working on a dark-colored fixed-wing aircraft, likely a Cessna 208 or similar ISR/utility aircraft, inside or under a hangar structure. Several airmen in tan and camouflage uniforms are using a maintenance platform to install or service equipment mounted under the wing. The setting appears to be a forward operating base or deployed location based on the environment and attire.

Tech. Sgt. Shawn Mullins, 521st Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron weapons advisor, assists his team of weapons advisors as they load a dummy Hellfire missile onto the wing of an Iraqi air force AC-208B Caravan at Kirkuk Regional Airbase. The advisors were competing against their former students to determine who could load two missiles the fastest, the safest and without any mistakes. The students were recently certified as the first Iraqi lead weapons crew.
