150526-N-ON468-079 PEARL HARBOR (May 26, 2015) Information Specialist 3rd Class Hannah Copeland, the petty officer in charge of the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Honors and Ceremonial Guard, presents Juda Carter, daughter of retired Navy Shipfitter 2nd Class Alec Boatman, the American ensign during a funeral for Boatman at the site of the USS Utah on Ford Island, Hawaii. Boatman was a shipfitter serving aboard USS Tennessee (BB 43) on the morning of Dec. 7, 1941.
