Capt. Melissa Van Buhler, the Judge Advocate of the 4th Sustainment Brigade gives a class at the Phoenix Academy on Camp Taji on the Rules of Engagement. The academy prepares U.S. service members who will be advisors on Military Transition Teams and Special Police Transition Teams, aiding the Iraqi military and police forces. Participants found the class useful and asked a lot of questions about the topic.
