Col. Joel Jackson, 60th Air Mobility Wing commander, held his first commander's calls April 29-30, 2015, at Travis Air Force Base, Calif. Speaking to hundreds of Airmen at the base theatre, Jackson emphasized the importance of nurturing a culture of excellence on and off duty, and recognized several Airmen who have recently set such examples.
