Air Force service members from Detachment 4, 602nd Training Group, complete a medical evacuation of a wounded Airman after encountering enemy fire at the culminating training event April 29 at McGregor Range, New Mexico. The simulated wounded Airman provided an opportunity for the Airmen to put into practice skills learned during the combat lifesaver training.
