The youngest service member from each of the five U.S. military branches carried a memorial wreath down the ramp of U.S. Army Vessel Lt. Gen. William B. Bunker (Logistic Support Vessel 4) during the 71st West Loch Disaster Remembrance Ceremony to the waters of West Loch as a sign of respect and remembrance at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, May 21, 2015. This was the second largest tragedy in Pearl Harbor during WWII.
