Marines and Sailors with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit glide ashore aboard a Landing Craft, Air-Cushioned from Assault Craft Unit 4 at Kuwait Naval Base, Kuwait, Aug. 2. The Marines and Sailors of the 22nd MEU came ashore from multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan to conduct sustainment training aboard Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The MEU is currently serving as the theatre reserve force for U.S. Central Command.
