Soldiers with the 213th Medical Company (Area Support) are instructed by Sgt. Paul Grove, a flight medic with the 238th Air Ambulance Company, during a cold litter and hoist training event at an annual training exercise here. “This kind of gives them some familiarization of what to expect if they are approaching an aircraft to load or unload a patient, what we are going to expect from them, and it lets them ask any questions so they can get comfortable,” described Sgt. Paul Grove, a flight medic with the 238th Air Ambulance Company. “They best thing you can do is ask a lot of questions and learn as much as you can.” (Photo by Pfc. Haley E. Haile)
