Task Force Volunteer Commander, Lt. Col. Bill Edward, and Task Force Volunteer Command Sgt. Maj. Paul Warnock unveil the colors of their Guidon for their tour in Iraq during an official casing ceremony at Camp Adder, Iraq, Aug. 4. The majority of the task force is made up of the 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry Regiment from Oregon's 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team whose history dates back to 1843.
