Marines from the 4th Marine Division work on developing challenging situations and scenarios for the participating nations of central Africa to work through during Central Accord 2015 in Libreville, Gabon, May 18, 2015. Maj. Andrew Carl, from the Marine Air Control Group 48, said that he focused on developing his scenarios to promote interoperability amongst the partner nations.
