Senior Airman James Deason, 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron conventional maintenance crew chief, secures GBU-38s for transportation to a ready line in preparation for loading an aircraft. The 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron munitions flight provides aircraft with both offensive and defensive explosive devices to support various air tasking orders. Deason is a native of Dayton, Texas, and is deployed from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
