The High Water Bridge on Camp Roberts was originally built in 1941. By 2009, it had severely deteriorated and was closed down for safety reasons. The re-opening of the bridge in June will allow troops to reduce the roundtrip to the ranges by about an hour. (Photo by Suzi Thomas)
