SAN DIEGO (May 18, 2015) - Vice Adm. Thomas S. Rowden, commander of Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, makes his arrival on a barge via the port side accommodation ladder of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25), during a tour visit.
