U.S. Coast Guard Over-the-Horizon smallboat from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Legare flies the Senegalese national flag along with the U.S. ensign while conducting joint operations, Friday, Aug. 7. The Legare and crew, home ported in Portsmouth Va., are currently deployed under the direction of Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, 6th Fleet supporting the Africa Partnership Station mission.
