150515-N-VC236-031 ARABIAN GULF (May 15, 2015) - Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99) fire M4 rifles during a small arms qualification shoot. Farragut is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations as part of Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
