U.S. Coast Guard Rear Adm. Joseph Servidio, commander, 11th Coast Guard District and Army Col. Andrew Wichers, 311th Expeditionary Sustainment command deputy commanding officer visit Seaside Heroes Park, Torrance, Calif., May 16. This park is dedicated to three local fallen soldiers. The mother and children of one of the three fallen soldiers happened to be in the park the same day and discussed her son with the two officers.
