The Honorable Mr. Jack Reed, Senator from Rhode Island stand with Spc. Antonio Oliveira, Battery A, 103rd Field Artillery Regiment, attached to the 1st of the 206th Field Artillery, 39th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division who was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for his actions providing assistance to wounded Soldiers during a mortar attack on Camp Taji. The senator was visiting the Camp and soldiers with Rhode Island National Guard, Nov 12.
