Lt. Col. Mike Wilonsky presents Col. Romin Dasmalchi a plaque during a battalion formation May 8, 2015. Dasmalchi is the commanding officer for the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and Wilonsky is the commanding officer for Battalion Landing Team 2/4, 31st MEU.
