Kuwaiti soldiers provide security for a Jordanian UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter on a landing zone during a combat search and rescue training mission May 10 near Jerash, Jordan. A U.S. Special Forces operator kneels nearby to offer mentorship. The multinational training scenario brought special operations soldiers from Task Force Yukon, Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force, to the site to rescue a downed pilot. The training is part of Exercise Eager Lion 2015, an annual exercise hosted by Jordan the past five years to strengthen military-to-military relationships, improve interoperability among partner nations, and enhance regional security and stability.
