Royal Brunei Land Force medical personnel provide emergency medical treatment to U.S. Marines simulating mudslide victims during a humanitarian and disaster relief training scenario for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Brunei 2009. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the participating forces.
