Nevada National Guardsman Capt. Shannon Manning from the 152nd Air Wing salutes 423rd Transportation Soldier, Staff Sgt. Philip Holmstead after bestowing upon him the Nevada State Command Sergeants Major Coin on behalf of State Sergeant Major Stephen Sitton. Holmsted was one of 15 soldiers who were honored for their humanitarian service assisting Nevadans that were stranded on Interstate 80, July 17.
