Col. Richard Francey, Jr., 41st Fires Brigade commander, cases his unit's colors at a transfer of authority ceremony at Forward Operating Base Delta Aug. 3. The ceremony marked the end of a 15-month deployment for the Soldiers of 41st FB. Their tour spanned the transition from counterinsurgency to nation building.
