Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Michael Potter, weapons intelligence team member, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5, Platoon 521 and a native of Austin, Texas, explains the functionality of a rocket rail system found in Basra province following a rocket attack against Contingency Operating Base Basra July 30. The system included two rail frames and a total of 19 tubes used to fire rockets. A total of eight rockets were recovered, including two that were set to fire on a timer.
