U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Linda Mitchell, from Mobile, Ala., helped Abuhuzaimah explain that touching women while walking in public is considered offensive in Qatar. All service members at the U.S. military installation in Qatar are offered an opportunity to learn an essential ingredient in maintaining healthy international relationships: respect.
