    Tarmiyah citizens turn in empty propane tanks as they receive a new supply of propane. Residents of the small town were allowed two tanks of propane per person from a rare shipment of more than 1,500 tanks of propane, which was secured by Sheik Saeed Jassim, the mayor of Tarmiyah.
