Airmen from the Maine Air National Guard test the capability of their radios to establish frequencies that allow civilian agencies to communicate with their military counterparts without having to continue switching channels. As part of the command element for the New England Chemical, Biological, Nuclear and high-yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package, these Airmen are responsible for making sure all of the communication needs of the team are met.
