(April 30, 2015) – Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1 along with members of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron Six Four (VR-64) guide a Humvee and light plant into a C-130 during a Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA aircraft loading exercise (LOADEX) at the Nay operated Air Mobility Command (AMC) Air Terminal, Norfolk, Va. April 30. The DSCA LOADEX is an exercise designed to provide training and to familiarize Sailors with rapid response capabilities to support recovery efforts following domestic and foreign disasters.
